About Me
I love teaching middle school history and English. It can be challenging at times but seeing progress and comprehension take place is its own reward. I have been teaching middle school for fifteen years and do not plan on stopping anytime soon. I have learned to adapt to different learning styles over the years and I am still learning, that's the great thing about being a teacher; I am always learning just like my students.
Education
I graduated from Radford University in 2007 and returned in 2011 to obtain a teaching license, Middle school history and English
Teaching Experience
I have been teaching at a private boarding school since 2017. Prior to this I was a public school teacher since 2011.
Interests
If I am not teaching, I am usually reading a book, watching a movie or outside fishing.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
